As a result, we have added three new functionalities to the VoizTrail® Suite: the VoizTrail® Spectrum, a performance board and call traversing. Let’s take a peek at each one below.

1. VoizTrail

Spectrum, the newest addition to the VoizTrail® Dashboard, provides users with a visual representation of their call audio. This assists in auditing efforts by providing a new way of identifying key elements in your audio data. Spectrum comes equipped with a bookmarking feature that allows you to notate points in the audio for review, as well as an identification tool which can be used to locate specific behaviors, such as consumer decision making.

2. Performance Board

Contact centers can now display their call floor’s performance statistics in real time with VoizTrail’s new Performance Board feature. Stream your Performance Board live to give staff and supervisors a bird’s eye view of metrics such as compliance, conversion rates, average handling time and more! This new tool makes it easy for supervisors to spot troubled agents and motivates agents by illustrating how their performance ranks among their peers.

2. Call Traversing

VoizTrail’s new Call Traversing map feature allows users to follow the emotional journey of their callers through a graphical representation of the emotional content data. This feature can be used to better understand caller pain points and satisfaction in order to improve procedures for a better overall caller experience.
