VoizTrail is our original Communication and Compliance Suite. The Suite offers a variety of call recording, auditing, and speech analytic services and tools that are both scalable and fully customizable to the specific needs of any business and is designed to integrate easily into pre-existing systems and improve monitoring processes through a straight forward and simplified user experience. Now we are proud to announce the newest innovation to the suite, an exclusive behavioral analysis module. The following is a sneak peek.
Utilizing advances in speech analytics technology we have shaped a module that organizes your consumer data to offer insights on behavior. Within the module consumers can be grouped into behavior types. This gives you valuable information about the consumer experience and what drives their behavior so you can create targeted strategies that will generate the best returns.
Consumer data in the new module is arranged in the same convenient dashboard, with customizable widgets that can be moved or toggled to the user’s preference. Like in the primary dashboard, the user has access to the same analytics results for keywords, emotions, and acoustics for each behavior group displayed in straightforward graphical charts. However, the new module includes additional features such as language and behavior patterning shown in the screen shot above.
The module also allows the user to create behavior templates and compare various groups. With this function you compare behavioral analysis of consumer behavior groups, client groups, and even individual agents or departments. Behavior comparison allows you to discover commonalities and differences that can be used for strategy development and support data driven decision making.
One of the most valuable features of the module the “results” screen (shown above). Here you can track the call outcomes for each behavior type.
