In 2013, Hawes Group’s  built a state-of-the art recorder to replace an old, hardware-based recorder for a client whose existing appliance was not meeting their needs. This became the VoizTrail^® Recorder.

The same client had been researching speech analytics’ platforms, but wasn’t happy with what they were seeing. Hawes Group began by facilitating call auditing “as a service” while we began development on a speech-to-text solution. We partnered with an established speech recognition company to implement transcription, and from there built a feature-rich platform, called VoizTrail^® Speech Analytics.

The VoizTrail® Speech Analytics platform was the first-of-its-kind to offer organizations a simple way to utilize their call data for in-depth analysis with its addition of Behavioral Analysis and Decision Science modules. These two modules combine to create comprehensive consumer profiles that connect the dots between analysis data and call outcomes.
